MySpanishCar provides travel information and is being developed as a comparison and affiliate website for vehicle rental offers in Spain.

Action required: add the operator’s full legal identity, tax number, registration information and postal address before operating the site commercially.

3. No rental contract with MySpanishCar

MySpanishCar does not own rental vehicles and does not currently process rental payments. A vehicle-rental contract is formed with the selected third-party provider or booking partner, subject to that party’s terms.

4. Information and availability

Prices, deposits, vehicle examples and conditions shown in the current prototype are illustrative unless clearly identified as live partner data. Users must verify the final price and terms on the partner website before booking.

5. Intellectual property

The MySpanishCar name, original graphics, layout and website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where law permits.
