About the project

MySpanishCar helps travellers understand car rental in Spain before the desk

MySpanishCar is an independent comparison and travel-information website focused exclusively on people who want to rent a car in Spain. The site is designed for international travellers who may not know how Spanish airport pickup, security deposits, payment-card rules, fuel policies or shuttle locations work.

Spain-focused

We do not try to cover every country. Our editorial focus is Spanish airports, destinations and rental conditions.

Traveller-first

We explain the practical details that can change the real cost or pickup experience.

Independent editorial layer

Affiliate relationships do not determine whether a company is described positively or negatively.

Source-led

We prefer airport operators, rental-company terms and official help pages over anonymous summaries.

How MySpanishCar makes money

Some links on MySpanishCar are affiliate links. If a traveller completes an eligible booking after following one of those links, MySpanishCar may receive a commission. This normally does not increase the price paid by the traveller.

Affiliate status is disclosed on relevant pages. We do not invent live prices or claim real-time availability unless a partner provides an authorised data feed or API.

Corrections and updates

Rental conditions change. If you find an outdated airport desk, card rule or deposit statement, email us with the page URL and, if possible, the official source. We will review corrections against primary sources.
